使用范围:

    本系列增韧亮晶剂适用于PA6或者PA66阻燃增韧和阻燃增强增韧,有利于阻燃剂的分散,能提高制品的冲击性能和耐低温性能

    适用于对PA6或PA66要求较高的染色工艺中,促进染料的均匀和分散,不会影响染料的色泽。

  同样适用于其他种类尼龙增韧剂的使用范围。

使用方法:

        可直接与物料混合增韧,无须干燥处理,经螺杆挤出造粒效果更佳

 参考配比量:

   5-8%或用户根据要求和性价比酌情填加。

 存储:

   20公斤包装,存放于通风干燥处,自生产日不超过6个月。

Applications:

    SWR-3C without free MAH monomer can be used for PA6 or PA66flame retardant plastics, glass fiber reinforced plastic. Blends using SWR-3C exhibit significant improvement in impact strength, low temperature and processing performance. Water absorption of the products will be decreased

 SWR-3C can be used as compatibilizer of PA6/PE blends .

SWR-3C can't have effect on the color and lustre ofblends.

 

Application method:

Blending by twin screw extruder was suggested without drying of SWR-3C.

 

Proposed amount:

The addition levels from 5 to 25% based on customer requirements

 

Package and storage:

   20kg/bag,store in shady, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding moisture during transportation. The goods store for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
